Reservations are made on a first-come-first-served basis.
Early check-in & late check-out cannot be guaranteed and an extra charge could be made.

Payment Information

The rate only covers room and other expenses such as breakfast, mini-bar, laundry service and etc. will incur personal bill and should be paid to each hotel when you check out.
The rates only apply to participants who reserve through APMA 2023. (Please let the hotel staffs know that you are a participant of APMA 2023)

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of the hotel.
All dates are based on Korean standard time (GMT+9hours).
